TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Guests Check-in: 1200hrs (on the booked arrival date).
Guests Check-out: 1000hrs (late check-outs are subject to accommodations availability).

Reservations and Payments Terms

To reserve and confirm your slot on any trip, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the invoice is required to be paid.

An advance payment of 30% as a deposit should be paid within 10 days from the date of the Lion Sands Masai Mara Lodge Proforma invoice and the balance 10 days prior to guests check-in.

Lion Sands Masai Mara Lodge recommends early reservations in order to guarantee accommodations to our valued clients.

A Child under 3 years sharing a room with 1-2 adults is accommodated on a complimentary basis.•

A Child from 3-12 years sharing a room with 2 adults is charged 50% of the per person adult rate.

If own room is required 75% of adult rate is chargeable.
• Young Adults 12 to 17 years are charged 75% of the per person adult Twin rate.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

The general cancellation policy for LION SANDS MASAI MARA LODGE is as follows:

All Seasons.

0 to 14 days – 100% 0 to 7 days – 100%

15 to 30 days – 50% 8 to 14 days – 50%

31 to 55 days – 30% 15 to 35 days – 30%

Lion Sands Masai Mara Lodge reserves the right of admission. Failure to make the deposit on time will lead to a cancellation of the booking.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Refund Processing: Within 20- 45 days of signing the refund letter (and following the cancellation policy)
